As New River resident and Realtor® for 14 years there are many reasons why I love calling New River home: the fresh air, the mountain views, the wildlife, the starry nights, horseback, riding, hiking, and the many freedoms associated with no HOA. New River is about 2300 ft. above sea level. New River is about 6-8 degrees cooler than other areas of the Valley. The commute to most of the valley is an easy 40 minute drive and it is about 15-20 minutes to shopping and resturants.
